Museum Pass Request
As a resident of the 42nd District, you can get free access to our area’s world-class museums by using our District Museum Pass, which you can use for yourself and up to three guests at these great cultural institutions:
- Adler Planetarium
- The Art Institute of Chicago
- Brookfield Zoo
- Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum
- Chicago Botanic Garden
- Chicago Children’s Museum
- Chicago History Museum
- DuSable Black History Museum & Education Center
- The Field Museum
- Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center
- Lincoln Park Zoo
- Museum of Contemporary Art
- Museum of Science and Industry
- National Museum of Mexican Art
- National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts & Culture
- John G. Shedd Aquarium
The passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one constituent may use the pass on any given day, so take a look at the calendar (at right) to make sure your date is available. Just fill out the form below and submit it at least three days before your planned museum visit. We’ll send you a virtual pass that you can present at the museum entrance, along with your ID. The pass is non-transferable.
